Ingredients

  • 4 4-6oz tilapia fillets fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon juiced & zested
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat dry tilapia with a paper towel.
  • Mix together the olive oil, smoked paprika,onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, thyme, and lemon zest in a smallbowl.
  • Brush the spice mixture on both sides of the fillets.
  • Place the fillets at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden color and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over finished fish and garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro.
